Why I distance myself from Church

I've been hearing about the FBI's spying on Traditional Catholics lately and finally decided to look into it. In a nutshell, the FBI in its quest to rid America of "religious extremism" (aka religion) is spying on "radical-traditionalist Catholic" ideology by using undercover agents to infiltrate Traditional Catholic parishes and recruiting priests and bishops of these parishes to report on its parishioners. These activities are noted as "Tripwires" (informants) and “Type 5 Assessments” (recruiting potential informants).

Now you might say- “Who cares Napoleon, all the radical Catholic, Protestant, Orthodox, Muslim, Jewish, Buddhist, and all the other holy rollers deserve what they get and we need to root out all the religious extremism before people are herded into concentration camps, masked up, businesses closed, riots ensued, children killed and maimed, and people forced into taking IV drugs against their wills... oh wait....”

Yes, this topic interests me especially because I attend a SSPX Church - Blessed Virgin Mary Parish, specifically noted by the Feds as a Traditional Catholic parish in which they have installed Tripwires and Type 5 Assessments. But EVERYBODY should care about this topic. If you think the Feds will stop with the traditional religious groups and leave the liberal religious groups, agnostics and atheists alone, you are sadly mistaken. The last three years have shown that.

Humans are extremists! We hate them.

Whenever you have groups of people congregating, the earthly overlords will want to know what is going on. Spying, double-agents, informants, lying, cheating, etc. is the human norm especially by those in power who want to keep their power. Notwithstanding the Constitutional issue of freedom of religion, this sort of governmental spying system pits people against each other and casts suspicion on every activity in a Church.

This is incredibly sad and leads to people discrediting Churches and leaving God and religion behind.

My own story shows this, and is the reason why I still distance myself from Church. When I left agnosticism behind, and returned to the Catholic Church, I went to a Diocesan Parish. Most Diocesan Parishes are modern, Vatican II, Pope-sanctioned Churches and spew liberal, woke ideologies. There are many "woke" Tripwires and Level 5 Assessments already in place in Vatican II Churches. These include lay extraordinary ministers, the Priests and Bishops themselves, and business administrators of the Parish. All of these people make sure the Church only talks about liberal woke subjects, and that those parishioners who prefer communion on the tongue, no altar girls, the sanctuary at the altar, or other pre-Vatican II nonsense are ridiculed and ostracized.

I went to that “sanctioned” Diocesan Parish until covid lockdowns when the Church shut down and then proceeded to mask, vax and spout demonic edicts to its parishioners while still asking for money. I left that Church and wrote Pastor Ryan a nice letter which I am sure was Tripwired straight to the FBI labeling me as a radical extremist. See below:

After leaving the Roman Catholic Church yet again, I sat home and figured maybe Church wasn’t where I was supposed to be. But God nudged me and led me to find a Traditional Latin Mass Parish that was streaming online. The Mass was reverential, the Priests railed against the lockdowns and forced medical experiments and I knew this was the place for me. I watch online for months before deciding to attend in person. I refused to wear a mask and figured if the Church yelled at me for wanting to breath, then I would leave never to return. Glory be! None of the parishioners were wearing masks (this is when NYS required people in ALL indoor places to wear masks). The whole experience was wonderful and especially being able to return to Communion. I have been at that Church ever since.

Fine Napoleon, it doesn’t seem like you’re distancing yourself from Church, what’s the problem?

Well technically I am not an official parishioner of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church because I never registered. I have never met nor talked to the Pastor or other Priests outside of Mass. I don’t volunteer for activities and I use cash for all my offerings. I am that anonymous person sitting by herself at Mass every week, that nobody knows and I’m good with that. When I hesitated going back to Church, God told me to go for Jesus, not people. So, I only go to Mass for the real presence of Christ, and the Sacraments and try to keep my distance in all other matters related to humans. I don’t know if God led me to keep my distance because of the FBI spying and informants, or I am a complete conspiracy nutjob. Either way, that is the case, for now.

Would I like to be more involved in Church, help out more and maybe make some friends. Sure, who wouldn’t? But right now, God is happy with my anonymous presence every week, my meager cash offerings, my partaking of the Sacraments, and maybe even this small substack.
