Pride vs Humility Spiritual Warfare

I watched two videos yesterday, which were taped in January 2023, from Father Ripperger, who is an exorcist Roman Catholic Priest. In the first video he talks about the state of evil in the world and in the second video he talks about the levels of spiritual warfare:
If you have two hours to spare I recommend you watch both to get a feel for why the world is the way it is. Otherwise continue to read below to get my cliff notes version.
State of Evil in the World
How are things going in the world? Is the world getting better or worse?
Well, as everybody knows and Father Ripperger confirms - things are pretty bad right now. Evil is rampant today and in charge. What is evil? Father Ripperger says that "when everything that is done maximizes damage that is pure malice (evil)."
Look at our world today. Everything, from mandated pharma bioweapons and shots to mandated electric boogaloos, to trans tyranny, to AI transhuman bots, to children murder and mutilation, to mandated social credit passports, to destruction of churches, to continual wars, to immigration displacement, to the destruction of law and order, to satan worship, and on and on, shows maximum damage and pure malice.
Many people, especially those who cannot understand pure evil still lament "Why are they doing these things? Why is this happening?" The answer is because satan, his demons, and those humans who adopt such evil are compelled to inflict maximum damage to God, society and the human race. That's why.
Maximum damage to humans means maximum eternal human souls lost to satan and his demons. The end goal of this world is who collects the most eternal souls - God or satan. It's not money, it's not power, it’s not depopulation, it's not the illuminati, it's not the cabal of rich old men ruling the world that is the end goal. Those things are just used here on earth to collect souls in the next life. People who are irreligious, atheistic or non-believing in good versus evil and the eternal life after this finite one will never understand this. But everyone of us will understand this when we die. EVERY ONE OF US.
The state of evil in the world today is peaking, according to Father Ripperger. He calls it the “draconian phase of modernism,” which is also known as soft communism. When modernism can't make you willingly choose evil, it then mandates such evil. Such is the world we live in now. The whole world turned communist in less than two weeks in 2020, and has not been freed since. But Father Ripperger notes that "when the whole world appears to be communist, our Lord will appear, so says Our Lady." Are we there yet? Only God knows.
What we do know is that spiritual warfare is, has, and will be what humans have to endure until Jesus comes for the final time.
Spiritual Warfare - Pride Versus Humility
Father Ripperger talks about the levels of spiritual warfare from temptation to oppression to obsession to possession. I won't talk in depth about these levels and will instead comment on the basis of spiritual warfare as I see it.
The basis of spiritual warfare for humanity is pride versus humility. Mortal ego versus the Holy Spirit. That is the simple basis that leads to the complicated and endless battle between good and evil. Lucifer's sin was pride. He wanted to be God and would not serve his Creator. Lucifer (now satan) was then cast down to earth, given this place as his realm, and with 1/3 of the other angels (now demons) is allowed by God to roam the earth seeking the ruin of eternal souls. The ruin of such souls started with Adam and Eve in the Garden with the sin of pride yet again. Evil and the ruin of souls has continued to this day with ALL other sins emanating from the sin of pride.
Let's look at the current list of evils I noted above to see how the sin of pride is the driver of them all:
Mandated pharma bioweapons and shots - WE CAN IMPROVE THE HUMAN IMMUNE SYSTEM WITH MAN-MADE POISON. THESCIENCE IS GOD.
Mandated electric boogaloos - WE KNOW WHAT IS BEST FOR THE EARTH. CLIMATE CHANGE AGENDA IS GOD.
Trans tyranny - WE KNOW WHAT IS A HUMAN GENDER AND WILL MAKE IT SO. YOU CAN BE WHATEVER YOU WANT TO BE BECAUSE YOU ARE GOD.
AI transhuman bots - WE KNOW WHAT IS CONSCIOUSNESS AND INTELLIGENCE AND WILL LIVE FOREVER. WE ARE ARTIFICIAL GOD.
Children murder and mutilation - WE DECIDE WHEN LIFE BEGINS AND ENDS AND HOW IT WILL BE LIVED. WE ARE THE CREATORS OF CHILDREN, NOT GOD.
Mandated social credit passports - WE GIVE FREE WILL, LIFE, LIBERTY AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS WHEN IT SUITS US. THERE ARE NO GOD-GIVEN FREEDOMS BECAUSE THERE IS NO GOD.
Destruction of churches - WE WILL NOT WORSHIP AND SERVE OUR CREATOR. WE ARE GOD.
Continual wars - WE CONTROL THIS WORLD AND THE PEOPLE IN IT. WE DECIDE WHO LIVES AND DIES AND HOW. THE MILITARY-GOVERNMENTAL INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX IS GOD.
Immigration displacement - WE DECIDE HOW COUNTRIES AND PEOPLE'S LIVES ARE ARRANGED. WE TELL YOU WHERE TO GO AND HOW TO LIVE. WE ARE GOD.
Destruction of law and order - MAXIMUM DESTRUCTION IS NOT POSSIBLE WITHOUT THE REMOVAL OF LAW AND ORDER. WE CAN DO WHAT WE LIKE WHENEVER WE LIKE. GOD IS DEAD.
Satan worship - GOD IS THE ONE LYING TO YOU.
Yes, ego and pride is the root of all sin and EVERYTHING that is evil in this world and in our lives. Satan and his demons know this, which is why ALL temptation involves things that cater to our pride. In addition, the oppression of the sins of the world upon us (the list above) is all pride-related. People want to know why everything feels so oppressive today. The answer is because, as Father Ripperger notes, when other people do evil things it is to get demons involved in the whole of society, church, politics, etc. Indirect evil oppression affects us all.
But here's the good news in the spiritual battle currently waging. Satan and his demons have reached their limit and have overplayed their hands, AS THEY ALWAYS DO. Pride always goeth before a fall.
As an exorcist Father Ripperger actually speaks with demons. He notes that recently demons have said to him that they know their time is short. "Demons talk as if God is starting to strip them of their power. They are losing their influence. Losing control of the information blackout." Father Ripperger notes that the demons' ability to hide things (occult means hidden) is starting to break down.
Why and how is this happening? Is God tired of them? Yes that is one aspect. But another aspect is what we as humans are doing to combat the sin of pride. We are starting to employ the grace of humility more and more. Humility is everything pride is not. Humility is not envy or jealousy. It is not wanting power, money, sex, control, etc. Humility is not being God, but totally relying on God. God is our Creator and God is ALL GOOD. We do not know more than God, and we are not more good than God. If we rely on God for EVERYTHING in our lives, no matter the cost, we are living with the grace of humility, which counteracts the sin of pride EVERY SINGLE TIME.
"But geesh Napoleon, God helps those who help themselves. What am I supposed to do sit around and wait for God to do things in my life?"
Yes and pray for guidance in all things. That's the answer nobody wants to hear. I've battled the sin of pride my entire life. I thought I could and should do everything on my own. I never once asked God to help me with anything, or waited for God's guidance. It was ME, ME, ME, all the time and immediately! I look back and see that everything I did on my own was a complete and utter disaster in my life. Every time I said "I can do this on my own" the demons said:
"Yes, without a doubt!" and then they laughed as my life turned to crap. I was the most unhumble, unhappy person, and I still battle the sin of pride and its accompanying sins of impatience, arrogance, jealousy, and envy every single day.
Humility is the key to battling evil. I know it and yet I can't seem to live it because of my human pride. I see it within society as well. People want a Nuremberg II, they want the bioweapon tyrants to pay for the mass murder and societal destruction they have and continue to inflict. WE WANT TO PASS JUDGMENT, NOT WAIT ON GOD'S JUDGMENT. I wanted that too, but I have realized we can't judge those people because we are those people.
"What? Napoleon you are full of crap, I didn't force people to take the shots or kill people in hospitals or murder babies or do any of those things the tyrants did!"
True. Most of us did none of those things. But what things have we done in our lives that are on par? I've lived most of my life prideful, I just didn't have the powerful position to inflict such sin on others in a mass-destruction manner. However, my sin of pride still destroyed my life and inflicted damage on some others in my small sphere. How do I fix that evil before my eternal judgment? Humility.
Father Ripperger notes that in spiritual battle, you have to get out of the way and let Jesus do the work. Be humble. When we are proud we are weak because we rely on our finite power. When we are humble we let Christ work through us and He has infinite power, which makes us strong. I want to be strong, not weak, as in † "Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth." † (Matthew 5:4) I've always chafed at that beatitude, and now I know why. My human pride was hurt hearing that. "The humble will win the spiritual battle on earth" is now my translation of that beatitude.
In the continual spiritual battles in our lives, we need to keep our focus and reliance on God in ALL things and we will have peace in the tumult that will ALWAYS be around us. Also, as a beacon of hope, Father Ripperger reminds us that although it doesn't look like it now with evil running rampant, God will correct all things, and NOBODY GETS AWAY WITH ANYTHING. Therefore, when God allows demons/evil into our lives and brings us to a level to spiritual warfare, we shouldn't cower from it.
Instead we must battle back and ask Jesus to:
Make us strong.
Give us the willingess to suffer.
Keep us humble.
Help us to keep the course.
If we do the above, we will win the spiritual battle and the state of evil will no longer be frightful, chaotic and destructive to our eternal souls.
Oh Napoleon....the blessing of this COVID crisis and the loss of my career is the destruction of my ego. I now know what it means to say - God has a plan, God is in control, God will provide. Before I also always thought it was me. I truly don't know why God picked me for this particular journey but it has forced a deep dive into His Word- which has provided so much comfort and direction.
Keep praying for me that I have strength in my personal battle with my prior employer. We finally got a ruling from the federal court - the judge agreed that I raised state law claims that should be in state court and denied their motion to dismiss! Round 1 of 15, per my lawyer, but I take that small victory and that encouragement that God sent on the very anniversary of my termination.
And, two days before that, the Bishop left three words with the group of teens being confirmed - Truth, Resistance and Conviction. If that wasn't a sign and encouragement, I don't know what is. It made me think of James 1:6
