IT is Just a Cold

For the past 3 years it was Covid all the time, every time. No one had a common cold or the flu. The world lost its collective head over a coronavirus that "magically jumped" from a bat to a pangolin to a raccoon dog to a lowly human just trying to buy some crappy food at a Chinese wet market. (If you believe that Covid origin story I have a bridge to sell you)

The coronavirus was labeled Covid 19 and the propaganda machine was off and running about a pandemic that would kill tens of millions. Both the common cold and the flu disappeared as the worse than useless PCR test labeled all coronaviruses as Covid 19 - well - why the hell not...there was lots of money to be made from this new pandemic as long as it was Covid all the time, every time.

WE ARE ALL GOING TO DIE!!

After 3 years of Covid mania, governments ran out of magically printed money, tens of millions didn't die from Covid 19, and really...people got bored with Covid all the time, every time.

How come no one is listening to us anymore?

Plus the magical Covid 19 vaccines were a bust, they didn't stop infection or transmission. The toxic chemicals in the vaccines poisoned many people...and really...people got bored with having to take shots that did nothing but make them sick.

Ummm…maybe this isn’t working

Covid all the time, every time finally ran out of steam.

But not the flu or the common cold. They sat and waited patiently while Covid took the spot light. Three years later the covid maniacs are still getting sick with coronaviruses, but people are bored with the BS Covid testing and instead are just saying "I have a cold" or "I have the flu" when they come down with a sore throat, stuffed up head, fever and cough.

My nose hurts

Yes, the common cold and flu have come roaring back and they are NOT going anywhere, anytime soon.

Now everyone who freaked out over the Covid 19 coronavirus is OK with having another coronavirus (flu, common cold) as they cough in your face and say "don't worry IT is just a cold."

I am not contagious, IT is just a cold

But to me a cold has always been hell. My immune system overacts every time I come in contact with a coronavirus or rhinovirus. It didn't help much that I had my adenoids (first line of defense against respiratory viruses) removed when I was a child back in the 1970's because that was the operation du jour.

For the past month my brother and my disabled mother both have a "common cold." I have to go take care of my mother for two to four days out of the week while my brother goes to work. Since March 1st when my brother came down with his "IT is just a cold" and then promptly gave it to my mother, I have been subjected to their constant coughing and blowing noses.

You got a problem with being sick?

But I knew IT was coming for me.

The "IT is just a cold" was waiting on the sidelines, while I picked up used tissues and had flash backs of being in a 1920's tuberculosis sanitarium from my brother and mother's constant raspy phlegm coughing.

It is only a little fever and phlegm

All the while, IT waited patiently.

As I sat on my mother's couch this past Saturday, I felt IT.

IT was in my ear, making its way down into my lymph node in my neck.

I went to bed and knew in a matter of hours the dreaded sore throat would make yet another appearance in less than five months since my last visit from IT. I woke up in the middle of the night with a burning sore throat. My immune system once again was going into overactive mode to ward off IT.

Here I am three days later and my sore throat is getting better, but now it is time for the nasal mucous to take over. "IT is just a cold" sure feels like the same symptoms I had when I supposedly had COVID 19 back in April 2022.

IT and I know the drill. Three days of sore throat, 10 days of stuffed up head/headaches/chills, 2 weeks of coughing and tiredness. So about a month in all of being sick. I am so tired and achy I don't even feel like writing another boring installment in my Shroud of Turin series.

Time marches on as I fight with “It is just a cold”

My "IT is just a cold" has always been a problem, which is why I do NOT like getting sick with IT. My brother who has had two useless Covid 19 vaccines, has had "IT is just a cold" three times in the past six months. I did not take any useless Covid 19 vaccines, and I have had "IT is just a cold" two times in the past six months.

Hey world, how are those Covid 19 vaccines working out for ya?

Huh? Whacha talkin’ about?

Perhaps, just maybe, the worse than useless vaccines are causing more strains of "IT is just a cold."

Not that anyone would care, because most Americans are always sick with something and are drugged to the hilt, coming down with IT is the least of their worries. But will it always be that way?

My brother's "IT is just a cold" is the longest cold he has ever had, he said it doesn't seem to be going away. When it finally goes away, will he get another IT in another month? Perhaps there are so many different ITs floating around, none of us will ever have any short term immunity from IT. We will constantly have IT, constantly stuffed up, blowing out mucous, having sore throats, fevers, feeling run down and tired.

I’ve been sick…again

That could happen, vaccinated or unvaccinated "IT is just a cold" doesn't care.

The first step to solving this problem with IT is to admit there is a problem. It might just be a cold, but a cold that never goes away will eventually destroy one's immune system, and quality of life.

I believe IT is a problem and will only get worse the more humans continue to poison themselves with toxic drugs/vaccines and release bioweapons disguised as "naturally occurring viruses."

Now I am off to bed with my stuffed up head, headache and scratchy throat. A box of tissues and a bag full of used snot rags always by my side.
