Finally. Someone took a stand against Ms. Whitewashed Bones.
Who is that you say?
Nancy "I'm better than you" Pelosi. Nancy "I can buy ice cream while you starve" Pelosi. Nancy "I can get my hair washed maskless" Pelosi. Nancy "I'm a faithful Catholic, but support abortion wholeheartedly" Pelosi.
Yes, all of the above descriptions are what makes Ms. Whitewashed Bones a hypocrite extraordinaire. But since, for some reason, humans love hypocrites as their leaders, Ms. White-Washed Bones is exalted in government and nobody has the balls to say "the empress has no clothes!"
Well that is fine for our secular society, but I expected more from the Catholic Church, even with the Marxist at its head. But finally, Jesus appeared. The Archbishop of the Archdiocese of San Francisco, Salvatore Cordileone, has served Ms. Whitewashed Bones with notice that she is not to receive Holy Communion in his diocese until such time as she publically repudiates her advocacy for the legitimacy of abortion and confesses and receives absolution of this grave sin in the sacrament of Penance.
Of course, Ms. Whitewashed Bones is not going to care. Pishaw! I'll take Communion where ever and whenever I like. No one can stop me! Again, that is fine, it's her free will and her soul that she, and only she is damning. Still, Jesus is finally telling her and us - stop with the hypocrisy, stop with the killing, stop it all now:
† Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, you hypocrites. You are like whitewashed tombs, which appear beautiful on the outside, but inside are full of dead men’s bones and every kind of filth. † (Matt 23:27)
The bottom line is that Ms. Whitewashed Bones has continued to refer to her Catholic faith in justifying her extreme abortion position and has continued to receive Holy Communion. Jesus says no, you can't do that. You must pick a side. Abortion is murder and murder is wrong as a grave mortal sin, according to the Catholic faith. As a consequence, to extol others to commit grave mortal sins while at the same time saying you are following the Catholic faith is hypocritical and wrong. There are consequences for such action.
Finally, the Archbishop Cordileone has called out Ms. Whitewashed Bones and reminded her of the consequences. Of course most people will say, "so what if she can't receive Communion, who cares? Most people don't go to Church anyways." That is correct. But if you are a true Catholic, not being able to receive our Lord and being called out by the Church should make some sort of reflection on your soul. If Ms. Whitewashed Bones was truly following the teachings of Jesus and the Catholic Church, she would do one of two things:
Repudiate her stance on abortion, resign her position in Congress and partake in the sacrament of Penance to confess her sins.
Repudiate her stance as a Catholic, resign from the Church and continue on supporting abortion to her heart’s content.
Ms. Whitewashed Bones cannot straddle the fence. If she believes in abortion whole-heartedly, then she is not a Catholic, and should leave the Church immediately. Option number two above will not be a hardship on her. In fact, she will probably gain more prominence in this world. On the other hand, if there is something in her soul nagging at her to do the right thing and to remain a Catholic, she must follow its teachings. Option number one will be a hardship on her. She will lose her fantastic powerful position and will be ostracized from the world she loves so much. What she CANNOT do is partake in both worlds, and closing her eyes to the hypocrisy and sin of it all.
That is the problem for the last 50 years in the Catholic Church (maybe forever actually) - allowing hypocrisy to run wild. The Church not calling out those Catholics in positions of power to live by its teachings has led to a world that is run by hypocritical evil beings. Ms. Whitewashed Bones, is just the tip of the iceberg. Biden is next. He is Mr. Whitewashed Bones, and needs to be called out for all his hypocritical stances as a "faithful Catholic."
Will the Church do it? Nah, I doubt it.
Archbishop Cordileone will probably be smacked down by Francis for emulating St. Thomas More with Ms. Whitewashed Bones. She has probably already hiked up her skirt, running to tattle to the Pope about how Catholics are mean to her. Still, at least in San Francisco, Ms. Whitewashed Bones cannot receive Holy Communion, which is the first step in repudiating our hypocritical overlords.
With God's help, more of this repudiation of whitewashed bones will occur, which can only improve our fallen society.
Karma is hard. God detests hubris.
I wholeheartedly agree with you! The hypocrisy is so blatant & evil. The "evil one" is working openly in the world today. Jesus said satan is the "father of lies ". I am so grateful that l know how this story ends. I believe in God's Word. Thank-you for sharing so bluntly!
