What is the Narrow Path?

Jesus said:

“Enter by the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and many there are who enter that way. How narrow the gate and close the way that leads to life! And few there are who find it.”
Matthew 7:13-14

Why the Narrow Path?

I’ve live much of my life by the broad gate and way, which has led to unhappiness, depression, and misery. I then had a period of “the dark night of the soul,” where I lost everything in this life, but gained God back. I grew up a Catholic, left the Church for 30 years, and am now a traditional Catholic.

I have found that the narrow path in life will not get you riches, acclaim, power or anything that society expects you should have, but it will give you life! Jesus is correct, there are few who find the narrow path, few who live life.

This newsletter is my writings regarding my journey, life, the world and God as I see it through a Christian perspective. However, don’t expect it to be all philosophical and heavy-handed. God gave me a strange sense of humor, sprinkled with sarcasm at times, and my writings/cartoons will hopefully make you laugh as well.
